Samla Mammas Manna was a Swedish progressive rock band formed in Uppsala in 1969. The original lineup included Lars Hollmer on keyboards, Hasse Bruniusson on drums, Lars Krantz on bass, and Henrik Öberg on percussion. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1971. Guitarist Coste Apetrea joined the group for their third album, Måltid (1973). The band's unique style blended progressive rock with various national folk elements, and they were associated with the Rock in Opposition movement. The group underwent several lineup changes and name variations, including Zamla Mammaz Manna and Von Zamla, releasing notable albums such as Familijesprickor (1980), No Make Up! (1984), and Dear Mamma (2002). Lars Hollmer passed away in 2008.
