Seth Glier, born on November 16, 1988, in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, is an American singer-songwriter, pianist, and guitarist who left a year at Berklee College of Music to tour full‑time. He released the EP The Trouble with People in 2009 and the album The Next Right Thing in 2011, which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Engineered Album, Non‑Classical and won Best Love Song for "Naia" at the 10th Annual Independent Music Awards. Subsequent releases include Things I Should Let You Know (2013), If I Could Change One Thing (2015) with a duet featuring Crystal Bowersox, Birds (2017), and The Coronation (2021). He has performed with James Taylor, Mark Knopfler, and Ani DiFranco, and served as musical director for Sophie B. Hawkins. In 2018, he toured Mongolia, China, and Ukraine as part of the American Music Abroad program, an initiative of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
