Delia R. Gonzalez, born in 1972 in Miami, Florida, is an American musician and interdisciplinary composer of Cuban descent. Her early exposure to performance, theatre, and dance significantly influenced her artistic development. In the mid-1990s, Gonzalez began producing, performing, and exhibiting her multidisciplinary work after moving to New York City. Her collaboration with Gavin Russom and DFA Records led to notable releases such as the albums In Remembrance (2015) and Horse Follows Darkness (2017), both of which integrated music with dance and film.
