Crash of Rhinos, an English emo band from Derby, England, formed in 2009 with members Paul Beal on bass and vocals, Jim Cork on guitar and vocals, Ian Draper on bass and vocals, Richard J. "Biff" Birkin on guitar and vocals, and Oli Craven on drums and vocals. Their rough punk style was reminiscent of earlier emo bands from the 1990s such as Jawbreaker and Burning Airlines. The band's early career saw them releasing their debut full-length album Distal in 2011. Crash of Rhinos signed with Topshelf Records, To Lose La Track, and Big Scary Monsters, and continued to gain traction with the release of their second studio album Knots in 2013. Crash of Rhinos disbanded in 2014 but reunited in 2025. The third album Logbook followed in 2026, featuring singles "Recurring" and "Figures of Light."
