Ennui is a Georgian funeral doom metal band from Tbilisi established in 2012. The ensemble consists of David “Unsaved” and Serj Šengelia. Their musical style was influenced by the poetry of writer Terenti Graneli and is described by the musicians as a representation of absolute indifference toward life. Their recording career began with the debut studio recording Mze Ukunisa (2012), which was released through the label Moscow Funeral League Records. Ennui subsequently released the studio recording The Last Way (2013) followed by the split recording Immortal in Death (2014) with the ensemble Aphonic Threnody. Their discography included the split studio recording Escapism (2014) with the ensemble Abstract Spirit. The ensemble reached professional recognition in 2015 for the studio recording Falsvs Anno Domini, which featured guest musicians including Daniel Neagoe, Greg Chandler, and Don Zaros. Ennui subsequently released the studio recording End of the Circle (2018) through the label Non Serviam Records. Their later recording career included the studio recording Qroba (2026), which was released through the label Meuse Music Records.
