SNAIL RAMP is a Japanese ska-punk/melodic hardcore band formed in 1995 by Tetsu Takemura (TAKEMURA, born August 18, 1971, Tokyo). In 2001, the band released one of their best-known singles, "ALMIGHTY FIVE MONKEYS," which reached No. 15 on the Oricon chart. In 2002, they released the album "GRAVITY", which expanded their musicality, and after a hiatus, they restarted in 2004. The final members consisted of TAKEMURA on vocals and bass, Toru Matsuura (TORU, born February 26, 1980, Kanagawa Prefecture) on vocals and guitar, and Yuichiro Akaba (AKABA, born August 15, 1980, Tokyo, Japan, support) on drums and chorus.
