Jonathan Tyler is an American rock band formed in 2007 in Dallas, Texas. The band released the independent album Hot Trottin' in 2007 and gained regional attention by supporting acts such as Deep Purple and The Black Crowes. Discovered at SXSW in 2008, they signed to F‑Stop Music/Atlantic Records and earned the Dallas Observer’s “Best Blues Act” award that year. Their album Pardon Me was released in, featuring singles "Gypsy Woman" and "Young & Free", and received the Dallas Observer's “Reader's Pick” award and was named the "fourth best release of 2010" by the Dallas Morning News. Subsequent releases include Holy Smokes (2015) on Timeless Echo/Thirty Tigers.
