I Wear* Experiment

I Wear Experiment* (IWE) is an Estonian post-rock and electronic music collective from Tallinn. The trio consists of Johanna Eenma (vocals and keyboards), Mikk Simson (drums), and Hando Jaksi (guitar, keyboards, and sampler). In 2013, the group released two EPs, Crickets Empire I and Crickets Empire II. The lead single from the former, “Memories,” was selected for The Indie Rock Playlist alongside artists including Franz Ferdinand, Bloc Party, and Lorde. I Wear* Experiment gained more attention at Tallinn Music Week in 2013 and subsequently performed at the Positivus festival in Latvia. Their early work combined electronic soundscapes, vocals, and instrumental elements influenced by film music.
