Terri Kathleen Nunn, born on June 26, 1961, in Los Angeles, California, sings. Nunn began a career as a vocalist for the new wave band Berlin in 1978 but temporarily left the group the following year. Nunn rejoined Berlin in 1981, achieving significant success with the hit single "Take My Breath Away" (1986) from the film Top Gun, which reached Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Other notable songs include "Sex (I'm a ...)" and "The Metro". Nunn released the solo album Moment of Truth (1991). Nunn later reformed Berlin with new members, releasing EPs such as Fall into Heaven (1999), live albums like Live: Sacred and Profane (2000), and studio albums including Voyeur (2002) and 4Play (2005).
