Naarot Reines, an Israeli rock band formed in 2004 by Roei Freilich and Guy Goldstein, originated from Tel Aviv. The duo initially played together in Haifa during the 1990s before founding Naarot Reines. The band's name is derived from a street known for its less-than-flattering associations with relationships. Miki Coklewitch joined as the drummer but was replaced by Nir Wetstein in 2006. Naarot Reines began performing around Israel and released their debut album in March 2009. The album featured notable singles "Yom Rishon" and "Rotze Lehishaer Raev", both of which received significant radio play. Their second album, Nishmor Al Hahaverim, was produced by Avichai Tuchman and released in January 2012, with hits including "Hiluch Iti" and "Bait Aharon (li)".
