The Creature Comfort is a cult rock band formed in Manchester around singer Ben Le Jeune's lyrical storytelling.
From early support slots for Mudhoney and Gun Club to recent festival headlining, the band has gained a stellar live reputation while musically inhabiting a zone carved out by The Stooges, The Doors, Joy Division and The Fall.
Two albums and a series of singles have been released since 2013 to critical acclaim, and artists such as Badly Drawn Boy, Blinders and The Sonics have expressed enthusiastic praise. They are currently busy preparing their third album in France and Manchester.
