Robert Randall Mackey, born March 25, 1948, in Concord, Kentucky, is an American traditional country singer whose career spanned 40 years. After working in his youth along the railroad tracks, he opened the nightclub Bobby Mackey's Music World in Wilder, Kentucky, in September 1978, a venue later featured on several paranormal television programs. Inspired by artists such as Hank Williams, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Buck Owens, Conway Twitty, and Johnny Paycheck, he released his chart single “Pepsi Man” in 1982.
