The Darlings of Chelsea are a Canadian punk rock band formed in 2008 in Toronto, consisting of Paul Thompson on guitar and lead vocals, Jay Millette on guitar, Robby Ruckus on bass guitar, and Chris Nova on drums. Their debut EP, The Mimico Sessions, was released on June 26, 2009, and gained critical acclaim, being named Top 5 Album of the Year and Best New Band of 2009 by Mass Movement Magazine. The band's first full-length album, Panic is Worse than the Emergency, was released on September 13, 2011.
