Little Tybee, a folk-rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 2009 following the dissolution of The Brock Scott Quartet. Their debut album, Building a Bomb, was self-released on November 10, 2009. The band's second album, Humorous to Bees, released by Paper Garden Records on April 5, 2011, marked a significant milestone following lineup changes and extensive touring. Little Tybee gained recognition through performances at notable events such as the Rombello festival cruise, CMJ Music Marathon, SXSW, and Fringe Festival. Their third album, For Distant Viewing, was released on April 9, 2013. The band's self-titled fourth album, Little Tybee, released on June 3, 2016, was funded through a pre-order Kickstarter campaign. Little Tybee supported CHON and Tera Melos during their summer 2017 tour. In 2018, they released the music video for "Lost in the Field."
