Scott John Hutchison, born on November 20, 1981, in Selkirk, Scotland, was a singer and songwriter known for his work with Frightened Rabbit. He began performing under the name Frightened Rabbit in 2003. The band gained significant attention with their second album, The Midnight Organ Fight (2008), which was released to critical acclaim. Following this breakthrough, Frightened Rabbit released three more studio albums: The Winter of Mixed Drinks (2010), Pedestrian Verse (2013), and their final album, Painting of a Panic Attack (2016). Hutchison also pursued solo projects under the moniker Owl John. His life ended tragically when he disappeared on May 9, 2018, and his body was found the following day.
