Gone Bald, a noise rock band from Amsterdam, was founded in Zagreb, Croatia in 1994. After forming, they hitchhiked to Amsterdam and began their musical journey there. Singer and guitarist Razorblade Jr. is the only remaining original member following numerous lineup changes. Their early releases included Jesus Is Coming Soon and Fairy-Tale Addict, both released in 1994 on tape via Kekere Aquarium. The band's first CD release was Little Song of Love in 1995, followed by Gone Bald in 1997, both on 100% Recordings. Throughout their career, Gone Bald toured throughout Europe, sharing the stage with notable acts such as The Jesus Lizard and Butthole Surfers. They released other albums like Exotic Klaustrofobia in 2005 on Narrominded Records. Their work has been recognized through various releases and compilations, including a 10-year anniversary compilation in 2004. They followed this with the release of Drama Rock in 2014.
