Alejandra Sánchez Barrero, known professionally as Alessandra Rosaldo, and born on September 11, 1971, in Mexico City, is a singer-songwriter. She began her career at age 12, participating in choirs and starring in an infantile movie. In 1989, she started as a backup vocalist for Lucero's Latin American tour. At 19, she met Chacho Gaytán, leading to the formation of the trio Sentidos Opuestos with Miguel Blasco. She contributed to the Latin American soundtrack of the Disney Pixar film Toy Story 2 with "Cuando ella me amaba" in 1999. Alessandra released the EP L'inizio del Sogno in 2008 and continued with Ale - EP (2009), Spiel der Liebe - EP (2010), and the album Alessandra (2010).
