Los Yetis, a pioneering group of the Colombian rock movement from Medellín, Colombia, formed in 1965 with founders Juan Nicolás Estela on vocals and guitar, and brothers Juancho e Iván Darío López. The group gained early traction by opening for Mexican singer Enrique Guzmán and participating in the long play 14 impactos juveniles! in February 1966. Their album, simply titled Los Yetis, was released in 1966 under Discos Fuentes. Notable albums include Vol. 2 (1967) and Olvidate (1968), the latter featuring the song "Me Siento Loco". Los Yetis disbanded in the late 1960s due to waning interest from record labels, but reunited periodically, notably in 2003 and 2010. Their influence is celebrated through compilations like ¡Nadaísmo A Go-Go! (2009).
