Micranots is an American hip hop duo consisting of I Self Devine and DJ Kool Akiem. They originally formed in 1991 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and initially included the emcee Truth Maze. After Truth Maze left the group in 1994, they relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, before eventually returning to Minnesota. They released their debut album Return of the Travellahs (1996), which was re-released on Rhymesayers Entertainment in 2003. Following an encounter with Big Jus from Company Flow, Micranots released their second album Obelisk Movements (2000) on Sub Verse Music. Their discography also includes the album The Emperor & the Assassin (2004) and the EP Farward EP (1999).
