Kaos Urbano is a Spanish punk and Oi! band formed in Alcobendas, Madrid, in late 1995 by a group of anti-fascist skinheads, with Sku as frontman. The band recorded their first demo, Falsa democracia, in late 1997, followed by Son escoria in 1998, establishing their direct lyrical stance against fascism, nationalism and capitalism. Their debut studio album, Bronka y rebelión, was released in 2000, after which they issued No hay vuelta atrás (2002) and El orden del kaos (2005), the latter expanding their sound into street-punk territory. They also released the split album A la salud de los muertos (2004) and the live DVD De Madriz al infierno (2008). Following a temporary hiatus, the band resumed activity in 2010. Subsequent releases included Te olvidaste de matarme al nacer (2011), Sexo, drogas y street punk (2013), Recuerdos y raíces (2015), La hora del baile (2016), Más vivos que muertos (2018), Suburbiales (2019) and Euforia (2022). The band established a presence on festival circuits, with their catalog released through independent labels.
