German pop with Swiss energy: Lena-Lisa Gsell, a singer-songwriter, started four years ago with her first songs and performances in her home country, Switzerland. At the moment she lives in Berlin and is releasing her first single „Reset“. The track is the trailblazer from her debut EP, which will be released next November. The single will be available on all streaming platforms on the 23rd of October 2020! In addition, fans can look forward to a music video that will also be released on that day!
“Reset” is a song about an inner conflict, a feeling of being torn apart, being caught between two different worlds. But at the same time is about hope and faith in life - if you let something go, there can be space for new things: an appeal to our own basic sense of trust. Piano melodies give the song breadth, acoustic guitar and soft beats with a warm
and soulful voice, invite you to embark on your own personal journey, to follow your own sense of the meaning of home.
The single was produced in Berlin in collaboration with producer Leif Bent, who can look back on his successful work in London at Abbey Road Studios. In addition to his own
artist- project, he’s also involved in projects with other artists, including international pop, R’n‘B, hip-hop and German pop acts. In the last two years Lena-Lisa Gsell has participated in a wide variety of young talent contests and in 2019 she got the chance to be the support act for the Swiss musician "KUNZ" at some of his shows. Standing on stage, juggling emotions — for Lena-Lisa Gsell this is the place where inspiration, ease and pure enthusiasm meet.
