Complot Bronswick, a French new wave band from Vannes, was formed in 1981. The band initially consisted of Arnaud Le Brusq on vocals and songwriting, Yves André Lefeuvre (Peking O) on drums and composition, Maurice Chesneau (Paolo "C" Uccello) on painting and composition, and François Possémé (Nikolaï Ada) on guitar and composition. Their debut EP L'image Oubliée was released in 1982. In 1983, they staged a musical drama titled Mayakovsky, honoring the Russian poet Vladimir Mayakovsky. Complot Bronswick's lineup underwent several changes over the years, with notable albums including Dark Room's Delight (1985), Iconoclasmes (1988), and A Kind Of Blue (1990). The group disbanded in 1995 but reunited in 2006.
