Hobosexual, a Seattle rock duo formed in 2009, consisted of singer/guitarist Ben Harwood and drummer Jeff Silva. After releasing their self-titled debut album Hobosexual in January 2010, the duo quickly gained local traction by performing at various venues. Following Matt Ehlers' departure in May 2010, Jeff Silva joined on drums. Their second album, Hobosexual II, released in October 2013, was well-received and listed among Seattle's top albums of that year. The band's music has been featured in notable media outlets, including Showtime's Shameless and during nationally televised Seattle Seahawks games. In addition to their musical achievements, Hobosexual also ventured into merchandise, selling a line of action figures. Their third album, Monolith, was released in 2017.
