Terrorfakt is an American industrial power noise project formed in New York City in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, attacks. Originally a collaborative project, it later became the solo vehicle of Benjamin Vincent Dewalt, also known as DJ Hellraver and T-Faktor. After independently issuing an early version of Deconstruction, Terrorfakt released the album through Tinman Records in 2002 before signing with Metropolis Records. Subsequent releases included Cold Steel World (2004), Teethgrinder (2006), The Fine Art of Killing Yourself (2007), and Re/Evolution (2009). Terrorfakt has toured widely with industrial acts including Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, Front Line Assembly, and Hocico, and has appeared at major industrial music festivals like Kinetik and C.O.M.A.
