STUTS is a Japanese male trackmaker and music producer. He was born on June 23, 1989, in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. He began creating music using the MPC electronic instrument while in high school. After graduating from college and graduate school, he released his first album, *Pushin’*, on April 20, 2016. He released his second album, *Eutopia*, in September 2018, followed by the mini-album *Contrast* in 2020. In 2021, he released the album *Presence* as STUTS & Takako Matsu with 3exes, which included the theme song for the TV drama *Towa Daidō and Her Three Ex-Husbands*. After releasing his third album, *Orbit*, in October 2022, he released the album *Mirage* under the name Mirage Collective in December of the same year. Since then, he has released collaborative singles with various artists, including “Hitotsu no Inochi” featuring BIM, “Panorama” with Akihisa Kitazato, “SPACE” with Kaneee, and “Pointless 5 (feat. PUNPEE)” with Schadaraparr. In 2025, he released the EP *STUTS on the WAVE* as STUTS, ZOT on the WAVE. In 2026, following the February release of the EP *With U* under the name STUTS & Julia Wu, she released the single “Ohayou” with Taeko Onuki in April.
