He's My Brother She's My Sister is an American band formed in Los Angeles, California by siblings Robert and Rachel Kolar. The group expanded to include five members: Rachel Kolar on vocals and percussion, Rob Kolar on vocals and guitar, Lauren Brown as the tap dancing drummer, Oliver "Oliwa" Newell on upright bass, and Ryan Richter on slide guitar. Their debut EP, He's My Brother She's My Sister, was released in 2010, followed by their first full-length album, Nobody Dances in this Town, in 2012. Notable singles include "Escape Tonight" (2011) and "What Goes On" (2012). Band member Rob Kolar contributed to the scoring of The Detour on TBS, which premiered on April 11, 2016 and featured the band's music.
