Distorted is a metal band from Bat Yam Israel, founded in 1996 by Miri Milman and Rafi Mor. After a self‑titled demo in 1998 and a second in 2000, the group released the EP Distorted in 2001 and the single "Illusive" in 2004. In 2005, the band recorded its debut album Memorial at Studio Underground, Sweden. A 2007 deal with Candlelight Records secured distribution for three albums. Distorted toured extensively, backing Megadeth, Destruction, and Aborted, and performed at the Metal Female Voices Fest and Hellelujah Metal Fest.
