Eumeria, a multi-national progressive metal band, was formed in 2009 by American keyboardist Bobby Williamson and British musicians Jonny Tatum (vocals) and Reece Fullwood (guitars). The group initially began as a solo project for Williamson but evolved into a full-fledged band after he heard demo tracks from Tatum and Fullwood. The debut album, Rebel Mind, was released in 2011 following lineup changes that included the addition of Derek Blakley on bass guitar and Kevin Bartlett on drums. The album was distributed independently through Rebel Tide Entertainment. In February 2014, Eumeria performed at the Progressive Nation at Sea Festival. The band's lineup underwent further changes in 2014 when Matt Guillory replaced Bobby Williamson on keyboards.
