Amélie Beyries, known professionally as Beyries, is a Canadian folk-pop singer and songwriter from Montreal, Quebec. She emerged from a background in public relations before a breast‑cancer diagnosis in 2007 prompted her to write music as a coping mechanism. She released her debut studio album Landing in 2017, followed by the French‑language duet "J'aurai cent ans" with Louis‑Jean Cormier the same year. In 2018, she issued the EP En français, including her rendition of "Je pars à l'autre bout du monde" and a version of Diane Tell’s "Si j'étais un homme". Her second studio album, Encounter, was released in 2020, and in 2024 she released her first fully French album, Du feu dans les lilas.
