小虎隊, also known as Xiao Hu Dui and the Little Tigers, were a Taiwanese boy band formed in 1988, consisting of Nicky Wu, Julian Chen, and Alec Su. They rose to fame during the late 1980s after being scouted for a talent show on Chinese Television System as program assistants. Their breakthrough came with their first single "Green Apple Paradise", followed by the release of several albums, including 男孩不哭 (1989) and 紅蜻蜓 (1990). The band sold over 15 million albums during their career and disbanded in 1995. In February 2010, the band made a brief reunion on China's Spring Festival Gala, performing three of their songs, "Love", "Butterflies Fly", and "Green Apple Paradise".
