Christopher Wendell Randall, also known as Chris Randall was born in 1968, and is an American musician from Hawai who is best known as the frontman of Sister Machine Gun. The industrial rock band released several albums including Sins of the Flesh (1992), The Torture Technique (1994) and Metropolis (1997). In 1998, he launched the instrumental side‑project Micronaut, producing titles like Io (2000) and Ganymede (2002). After Sister Machine Gun disbanded in 2007, Randall released the solo EP Cheap Sensation and the full‑length album The Devil His Due. He later founded Positron! Records and released Floats on Air (2014), Oscillator Breach (2016), and Depth of Field (2020). He has collaborated with artists such as Wade Alin on the IDM project Scanalyzer and in 2015 reformed Sister Machine Gun to release The Future Unformed.
