Girish and the Chronicles, also known as GATC, is an Indian rock band from Sikkim, India, formed in 2009 by vocalist Girish Pradhan. Based out of Bengaluru since 2013, they consisted of Girish Pradhan on vocals, Yogesh Pradhan on bass, Suraz Karki on lead guitars, and Nagen Mongrati on drums. They released their first promotional demo single "Angel" (2009), followed by a series of demos and singles between 2011 and 2013. Their debut album Back on Earth (2014) was released under Universal Music India. In 2016, they collaborated with Roadster Life Company on the single "Endless Road" (2016), which garnered over two million views. Notable performances include opening for Guns N' Roses at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi and supporting acts such as Poets of the Fall, Destruction, TesseracT, Nazareth, and Skid Row,. Their discography also includes the albums Rock the Highway (2020) and Hail to the Heroes (2022).
