Suns of the Tundra, an English rock band formed in 2002 by Simon Oakes, Rob Havis, and Andrew Prestidge. Their debut album Suns of the Tundra was released in 2004. Following Havis' departure in 2005, Andy Marlow joined on bass, and Mark Moloney and Laszlo Pallagi were added as additional vocals. The band's second album, Tunguska, followed in 2006. In 2015, they released their third studio album, Bones of Brave Ships. Their fourth album, Murmuration, was released in 2019 and featured songs developed over the band's career. During the COVID-19 lockdown in the United Kingdom, Suns of the Tundra wrote their fifth studio album, The Only Equation, which was released on June 16, 2023.
