Sabin Todorov, a jazz pianist from Bulgaria, was born on October 13, 1966 and developed an early passion for music. He completed his secondary musical studies in Bourgas and graduated from the Sofia Conservatory of Classical Music in 1991. In 1997, Todorov moved to Belgium to study jazz at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels under Nathalie Loriers and Diederik Wissels. In 2002, he formed a trio with Lionel Beuvens on drums and Matthieu Verkaeren (later replaced by Sal La Rocca) on double bass, blending jazz with Bulgarian musical traditions. His notable albums include Inside Story 2 (2010) and Archibald's Song (2010). Todorov also performed as a sideman in various Belgian jazz ensembles, notably the Bernard Guyot Quartet, and collaborated with artists such as Fred Delplancq, Paolo Radoni, Phil Abraham, Jean-Louis Rassinfosse, Pierre Vaiana, Fabien Degryse, and Bart De Nolf.
