Corelia was an American progressive metal band from San Diego, California. Active between 2010 and 2020, the ensemble was founded by guitarist Chris Dower and drummer Clayton Pratt. The group eventually included vocalist Ryan Devlin, guitarist Ryan Borrell and bassist Adrian Alperstein. The band released its debut recording, the EP Nostalgia, in 2011. Their recording history also featured the compilation Nostalgia (Instrumentals and Extras) (2012), which received recognition from the publication Sputnik Music. In 2013, the ensemble toured as a support act for the group Misery Signals and performed the track “Ages Ago” live. That same year, the group collaborated with the musician Spencer Sotelo on the song “Treetops”. After a period of inactivity that began in 2016, the ensemble issued the studio recording New Wilderness in 2020 following a successful crowdfunding campaign.
