Marlo Grosshardt, born on July 30, 2001, near Lake Constance, is a German singer-songwriter whose work spans pop, rock, and political songs. He has been growing up in Hamburg since he was eight years old. There, he attends the Rudolf Steiner School in Harburg and the TASK Acting School in Altona. At the age of thirteen, he was already part of the musical ensemble for Das Wunder von Bern. Marlo Grosshardt has been writing his own lyrics since childhood. In 2021, he completed the pop music program at the Hamburg University of Music and Theater. His single “Paradies”, released that same year, marked the beginning of his solo career. In August 2023, his debut album Ein letztes Liebeslied, recorded on the Atlantic coast of Portugal, is released. In November 2024, his second album Mut follows, after which Marlo Grosshardt goes on tour with his band for Alles bis Italien. In the summer of 2025, he plays his biggest show to date at the Hurricane Festival. He regularly performs political songs at protests, such as at Fridays for Future in Munich in 2023 and at a rally against an AfD event in Hamburg in 2025. In August 2026, he releases his third album, Bildet Banden, produced with Lukas Pizon in Portugal. With this album, Grosshardt enters the German album charts for the first time, reaching No. 17.
