Friderika

Friderika Bayer, born on October 4, 1971, in Budapest, is a singer. Her breakthrough came in 1994 when she won the Hungarian Television Song Contest with "Kinek mondjam el vétkeimet?". Later that year, she represented Hungary at the Eurovision Song Contest 1994 in Dublin, finishing fourth with 122 points. Her debut album, Friderika, released in 1994, quickly became a gold album. She received multiple awards including the EMERTON prize for her Eurovision success and the Golden Deer prize as Pop Singer of the Year. Friderika's subsequent albums include Boldog vagyok (1998), and Kincs, ami van (1999). She has also released several gospel albums and children's lullabies.
