Dynamite Boy was a pop-punk band from Austin, Texas. Formed in 1995 by Andrew Leeper, Matt Greco, Lester Chiu, and John Huckleba, they initially performed under the name Yoda's Love Child before shifting to a more pop-punk style. After several lineup changes, including the addition of Sean Neil on vocals and guitar, they released their debut album Hell is Other People in 1997 through Offtime Records. The band signed with Fearless Records in 1999, releasing Finder's Keeper's that same year. Their subsequent albums included Somewhere in America (2001) and Dynamite Boy (2004). Throughout their career, they toured extensively with notable acts such as The Ataris, The Offspring, and Fall Out Boy. They disbanded in 2005 after Sean Neil expressed his desire to start a family. He reunited for one-off performances in 2006 and 2007, followed by a 2008 show celebrating the release of the digital rarities collection Time Flies. The band also performed additional reunion shows in 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2014.
