Gentlemans Pistols, a British rock band based in Leeds, England, was formed in 2003 by James Atkinson, Douglas McLaughlan, and Simon Mawson. The initial lineup played only one gig before Simon Mawson was replaced by Adam Clarke in 2004. Guitarist Chris Rogers joined shortly after, solidifying the four-piece lineup. Their first release was a 7" single, "Just a Fraction", in 2006 on Art Goes Pop Records, followed by another 7" single, "The Lady", on Rise Above Records later that year. The band's self-titled debut album was released in 2007 under the same label. Before the release of their second album, At Her Majesty’s Pleasure, drummer Adam Clarke left the group and was replaced by Stuart Dobbins. Guitarist Chris Rogers also departed and was succeeded by Bill Steer in 2009. The band released Hustler's Row on Nuclear Blast Records in 2015.
