Am I Blood, a Finnish thrash metal band, was founded in 1992 in Helsinki by guitarist Janne Kerminen and singer Pasi Koskinen. The band released their self-titled album Am I Blood (1997), which was distributed across Europe and named Album of the Month by German magazine Rock Hard. The following year saw the release of Agitation, produced by Daniel Bergstrand. After releasing the EP Gone With You in 2000, the band signed with a US label in 2002 but later parted ways due to disagreements. They then released The Truth Inside the Dying Sun (2005) under A1 Music. The band underwent significant lineup changes, with Janne Kerminen and Toni Grönroos remaining as the only original members. Notable albums include Shadows With the Colors (2008) and Existence of Trauma (2011).
