Think Twice is a French-Irish independent rock band from Paris, formed in 2003 by Jean-Christophe Couderc, Benoit Raymond and Macdara Smith. Their first EP, Under the Bombs, came out on F Communications in April 2004, as the United States was invading Baghdad, and their mix of rock, electronic music, funk, jazz and hip-hop made them, at the time, pioneers in France of the no wave and punk-funk revival. The same year the band released its first album, Unemployed, which combined simple melodies, pop riffs and sonic experiments and was received enthusiastically by the specialist press. In 2006, following the Sous-substances EP, the band left F Communications, and in April 2008 it released its second album, Coco Killed Me, on Dialect Recordings, mixed by Julien Briffaz and mastered at Sterling in New York. Some selected tracks from the album were made available to hear on the band's MySpace page. Think Twice ceased activity in 2011, after which two of its members went on to play in the band Vox Low.
