EMO Grae (born Opeyemi Michael Edebie) is a Nigerian singer and songwriter from Ojodu, Lagos State. He showed an interest in music from an early age and honed his craft in Lagos before breaking onto the international music scene. After signing with Marlian Music, the label founded by Naira Marley, EMO Grae made his breakthrough with the track "0903", a collaboration with Buju (BNXN), acclaimed on digital platforms, which helped raise his profile. His afro-fusion style, with its smooth vocals and catchy melodies, is inspired by several African styles and rhythms: afrobeats, afropop, afropiano and amapiano, which have put Nigeria on the musical map. He has also taken part in collaborative tracks such as "Are You Sure" with Lyta, Zinoleesky and Naira Marley, and released songs such as "Collect", "Lagos Girls", "How Come" (with Zinoleesky) and "Your Type", which became a #20 hit in the US LyricFind Top 25 in 2026.
