Lixel Rols is a Kenyan artiste, songwriter, and poet from Kisauni Mombasa Kenya. Born Roy Roland Kweyu on 26th May 1994, son to Maria Kweyu, He is a founder of The TakeOver Inc. Lixel Rols, also a three-time nominee of Kenya best upcoming act year 2012, 2013 and 2014. Some of his well-known singles are Hangover, Kila Siku, Kaa Ukijua, and She Takeover which have earned him homegrown fame, including Wesongaman which is an annual controversial event he launched in Mombasa.
