Willy Astor is a German comedian, musician, and composer born as Wilhelm Gottfried Astor on September 6, 1961, in Munich. He achieved professional recognition for a musical career characterized by wortspiel cabaret and for composing the anthem “Stern des Südens” for FC Bayern Munich. Astor achieved professional recognition for a career that began after he worked as a machine technician and performed at venues including Musikalisches Unterholz.
