Trisha Paytas is an American singer and media personality. Paytas began her career as a YouTuber in 2007, initially focused on fashion, beauty, and relationship advice before transitioning into music. In 2014, Paytas released her first single “Santa Baby” and followed it with several music releases. These include the EPs Fat Chicks, released on March 6, 2015, and Superficial Bitch, released on June 29, 2015, as well as the studio album Under the Covers, released on August 12, 2015. Her EP Daddy Issues (2016) debuted at number 25 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers albums chart. Paytas released numerous singles, including “Everytime” (2016), “Born to Make You Happy” (2016), and “Warrior” (2016), before embarking on her headlining tour, The Heartbreak Tour, in 2019. In 2021, Paytas formed and fronted the emo pop and pop-punk band Sadboy2005, which released an eponymous debut EP.
