Eduardo De Crescenzo is an Italian singer-songwriter and musician born on February 8, 1951, in Naples. He achieved professional recognition for a musical career characterized by pop, jazz, and blues and for his song “Ancora” (1981). De Crescenzo achieved professional recognition for a career that began after he received an accordion at age three and debuted at the Teatro Argentina in Rome at age five. He achieved professional recognition for forming the beat ensemble Eduardino e i Casanova and releasing the single “Hai detto no!” (1967). His recording career began after signing with the label Dischi Ricordi and releasing the debut solo single “La solitudine” (1978).
