Ben Goldsmith, an American singer-songwriter from Long Island, New York, began his musical journey in Merrick, NY. Raised in a musical family, he started playing the violin at age 11 and soon transitioned to guitar. At 13, Goldsmith studied jazz guitar at Manhattan School of Music and Mannes School of Music, later mentored by Berklee Professor Tomo Fujita. His early career included an EP of original music and a five-city tour with the School of Rock All Stars. In 2020, during lockdown, he focused on production and songwriting, leading to collaborations in Nashville. Goldsmith's breakthrough came at Whiskey Jam in 2021, where his performance led to a signing with Sony Music Nashville/Free Flight Records. He released "One Day Believer" in 2022 and his debut album The World Between My Ears in September 2023. Goldsmith's sophomore album The Start of Something Beautiful was released on September 13, 2024.
