Božo Vrećo, born in Foča, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1983, is a Bosnian sevdalinka singer who taught himself music through the Internet. At 27 he began learning to sing sevdalinka from traditional recordings, moved to Sarajevo, and joined the band Halka, with whom he released the albums Halka (2013) and O ljubavi (2015). He launched his solo career with Moj sevdah (2014), followed by Pandora (2017) featuring collaborations with Marko Louis, Indigo, Velahavie, and Merima Ključo; two songs from Moj sevdah were later used in the stage play Koštana. In 2018 he issued Melek, and in 2025 released Sevdahology. His performances drew crowds across the Balkans, and a Swedish television documentary was made about his life and his devotion to sevdalinka.
