Justina Jaruševičiūtė is a Lithuanian composer and multi-instrumentalist based in Berlin. After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree on Sound Design and Engineering at Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, and working for two years managing and organizing classical music concerts at Klaipeda Concert Hall, Justina relocated to Berlin in 2018, where she devotes herself entirely to composing ever since.
In February 2020, she released Rituals, a piece for strings inspired by Baltic mythology, folk music and nature. And now, one year later, she announces the release of her debut full-length album Silhouettes, an outstanding collection of pieces for string quartet, set to release on the 26th of March through piano and coffee records.
