The Jellys were a UK-based rock group formed in 1998. The band featured CJ Wildheart, also known as Christopher Paul Persaud-Jagdhar, on guitar and vocals. Wildheart was born on December 27, 1967, in Colchester, United Kingdom. Before forming The Jellys, he had been involved with several bands including Tattooed Love Boys and Honeycrack. The Jellys released two studio albums, Welcome To Our World (1998) and Doctored For Supersound (2000), alongside one live album in 1999 during their active years. The band disbanded in 2001.
